Information We Collect from You
In order to operate our Sites, support our marketing programs and provide you with information on products and services that may be of interest to you, we may collect profile information (i.e., information that could be used to contact you, such as full name, postal address, phone number and email address). Please note that nowhere on our Sites or during our marketing programs do we knowingly collect profile information from children under the age of 13.
In order to perform Intelligent Code Repair on your source code, the software will be given access to your source code repositories. That information remains private to the machine (or virtual machine) that is executing the software. Status logs and code snippets may be shared with OpenRefactory engineers ONLY if approved by you first.

We use your profile information to send you information, offers and other promotional materials. We carefully select the information we send to you. We provide you with the option of declining to receive offers from the site by “opting-out” of receiving any type of communication.
